There is no contact form on this site, because a form would mean collecting something. Email is the whole arrangement.
By email
Messages are read by the editorial team and answered in the order they arrive. For a privacy request — access to, or correction of, information we hold — put Privacy request in the subject line, and we will reply within 30 days as set out in the Privacy Policy.
We keep correspondence for 24 months after the last message in the conversation, unless it is needed for a legal claim. Anything you send that is not needed to answer you is deleted when it is lawful and reasonable to do so. We do not add anyone to a mailing list; there is no mailing list.

What we can help with
- A factual error in one of the five steps, or a link that no longer goes where it should.
- A question about how this site is funded, beyond what the Affiliate Disclosure already says.
- Privacy requests, corrections and complaints about our own handling of information.
- Permission questions about reusing material from the course.
What we cannot help with
We are not a support desk for any game and have no connection to any game publisher. We cannot see your computer, your network or your account, we cannot recover a password, cancel a subscription, issue a refund or restore an account, and we cannot diagnose a fault on your machine from a description.
For those, the publisher of the game is the only party who can act, and Step 3 of the course explains how to find its support and refund routes. If a purchase problem is not being resolved, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission publishes on consumer guarantees and on what to do next, and your state or territory consumer affairs office is the other general route. If you believe you have been deceived out of money or information, Scamwatch accepts reports.
Please do not send us account credentials, payment details or copies of identity documents. We do not need them, we do not want them, and anything of that kind that arrives will be deleted.
